Ingredients
1 pound raw shrimp with shell, deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well to create the marinade.
Add the shrimp with shell to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb flavors.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
Cook the shrimp for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to promote even crisping.
Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.
Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the shrimp before serving.
