Ingredients
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
In a medium bowl or two individual jars, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, salt, and chia seeds.
Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Cover the bowl or jars with a lid or plastic wrap.
Place in the refrigerator and let soak overnight, or for at least 8 hours, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the flavors.
In the morning, stir the oats well before serving.
