4 tilapia fillets (about 4 ounces each), skinless and boneless
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray


Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of each tilapia fillet with the lemon marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Place the tilapia fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the tilapia in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Carefully remove the tilapia fillets from the air fryer using a spatula.
