Description

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 frozen banana
4 ice cubes


Instructions

Add the almond milk, rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, vanilla extract, frozen banana, and ice cubes to a blender.
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth and creamy, about 30 to 60 seconds.
