A delicious and visually appealing garlic bread charcuterie board featuring crispy garlic bread slices, an assortment of cheeses, fresh vegetables, olives, nuts, and flavorful spreads. Perfect for entertaining or a casual gathering.
Ingredients
1 large baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 ounces aged cheddar cheese, sliced
4 ounces gouda cheese, sliced
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, sliced into rounds
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
1/2 cup marcona almonds
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup roasted red pepper spread
1/4 cup hummus
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Spread about 1 teaspoon of the garlic butter mixture evenly onto each slice of bread.
Bake the garlic bread slices in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Remove the garlic bread from the oven and let cool slightly.
On a large serving board or platter, arrange the garlic bread slices in a fan or circular pattern.
Place the sliced cheddar, gouda, and mozzarella cheeses in separate sections on the board.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices in small clusters around the board.
Scatter the Kalamata olives and marcona almonds in small bowls or directly on the board.
Add spoonfuls of sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red pepper spread, and hummus in small bowls or ramekins on the board.
Garnish the board with fresh basil leaves for a pop of color and aroma.
Serve immediately and enjoy your garlic bread charcuterie board.
