Ingredients

Scale

4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
