  • 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based milk for vegan option)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add milk and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
