Ingredients
1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
1 box (15.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, sliced
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread the apple pie filling evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the apple pie filling.
Sprinkle the ground cinnamon evenly over the cake mix.
Place the sliced unsalted butter evenly over the top of the cake mix.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
