- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, and protein powder.
- Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
