A quick and flavorful air fryer shrimp recipe featuring fresh lemon and garlic. Perfectly cooked shrimp with a zesty lemon garlic butter sauce, ready in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients
1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
While the shrimp cooks, in a small bowl mix the melted butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
After 6 minutes, remove the shrimp from the air fryer and transfer to a serving bowl.
Pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over the shrimp and toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the shrimp before serving.
