Ingredients

Scale

2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lime, zested and juiced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush the lime and garlic mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
