  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 2 1x

Description

Juicy and tender chicken breasts cooked in the air fryer and finished with a sweet and tangy glaze for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

Scale

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
Brush each chicken breast with olive oil on all sides.
In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overlapping.
Cook the chicken breasts in the air fryer for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
While the chicken cooks, prepare the glaze by whisking together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
After 12 minutes, brush the glaze generously over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Return the chicken to the air fryer and cook for an additional 3 minutes to set the glaze.
Remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
