Crock Pot Chicken Bites

  • Total Time: 3 hours 40 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Description

Tender and flavorful chicken bites slow-cooked to perfection in a crock pot, perfect as an appetizer or a main dish.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Place the chicken breast pieces into the crock pot.
In a medium bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken pieces in the crock pot, stirring gently to coat all the chicken evenly.
Cover the crock pot with the lid and cook on low heat for 3 to 3.5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Once cooked, stir the chicken bites to coat them evenly with the sauce before serving.
Serve warm as an appetizer or with your favorite side dishes.
