Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 medium yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the ground beef to the skillet. Use a spatula to break it apart into small pieces.
Cook the ground beef for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully browned and no pink remains.
Season the beef with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
Cook for another 2 minutes to allow the spices to blend into the meat.
Remove from heat and serve hot with your choice of sides.
