Ingredients

Scale

4 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, ground allspice, dried thyme, ground cinnamon, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and ground nutmeg to create the jerk seasoning.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush each salmon fillet evenly with olive oil on all sides.
Sprinkle the jerk seasoning evenly over all sides of the salmon fillets, pressing gently to adhere the spices.
Drizzle lime juice over the seasoned salmon fillets.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for 2 minutes before serving.
