Ingredients
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 1.5 pounds)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried oregano.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil evenly over each chicken thigh.
Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken thighs, pressing gently to adhere.
Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overlapping.
Cook for 10 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
Carefully flip the chicken thighs skin-side up and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
