Description

A simple and delicious garlic bread recipe made without cheese. Perfectly toasted bread slices brushed with a flavorful garlic butter spread, ideal as a side for pasta, soups, or salads.

Ingredients

Scale

1 loaf of French baguette (about 12 inches)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the French baguette into 12 slices, about 1 inch thick each.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of each bread slice.
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet, buttered side up.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the bread is golden and toasted around the edges.
