1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
Turn the Instant Pot to the ‘Sauté’ setting and add olive oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the diced onion and sauté for 2 minutes until translucent.

Cook the beef until browned, about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain any excess fat from the pot if desired.

Pour in the beef broth and stir, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.

Select the ‘Pressure Cook’ or ‘Manual’ setting and set the timer for 5 minutes.
When cooking is complete, carefully perform a quick release by turning the valve to ‘Venting’.
