Crispy and juicy skinless chicken thighs cooked quickly in the air fryer. Perfectly seasoned and tender, this easy recipe is great for a healthy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 1.5 pounds)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss well to evenly coat all pieces with the seasoning mixture.
Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry the chicken thighs at 400°F (200°C) for 9 minutes.
Flip the chicken thighs over and continue cooking for an additional 9 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the outside is crisp and golden.
Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for 3 minutes before serving.
