1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon green onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds


Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes until well combined.
Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Let the shrimp marinate for 5 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place the marinated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Transfer the shrimp to a serving dish. Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
