4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes


Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in a large freezer-safe resealable plastic bag or airtight container.
Pour the honey garlic marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated.
Seal the bag or container, removing as much air as possible, and place it flat in the freezer.
When ready to cook, remove the chicken from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Transfer the chicken and marinade to a baking dish, spreading the chicken out in a single layer.
Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Baste the chicken with the pan juices halfway through cooking to keep it moist and flavorful.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
