Steak and Potato Kabobs Air Fryer

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Description

Delicious and easy steak and potato kabobs cooked to perfection in the air fryer. Perfectly tender steak cubes paired with crispy golden potatoes make a satisfying meal in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Wooden or metal skewers (8 skewers)

Instructions

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Place the cubed potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes to slightly soften them. Let cool.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Stir to mix well.
Add the steak cubes and par-cooked potato cubes to the bowl with the seasoning mixture. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
Thread the steak and potato cubes alternately onto the skewers, leaving a little space between pieces for even cooking.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Place the kabobs in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding. You may need to cook in batches.
Cook the kabobs at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and potatoes are crispy and tender.
Remove the kabobs from the air fryer and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
