  • Total Time: 22 minutes
  • Yield: 2 1x

Description

A quick and flavorful Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon recipe that delivers tender, juicy salmon fillets coated in a sweet and savory teriyaki glaze. Perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale

2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, grated fresh ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil until well combined.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of each fillet with vegetable oil.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or bowl and pour the teriyaki marinade over them. Let them marinate for 8 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
Air fry the salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
During the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush the salmon with any remaining teriyaki marinade to enhance the glaze.
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer to serving plates.
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the salmon before serving.
