Description
A quick and healthy air fryer salmon recipe served with a creamy and tangy dill sauce. Perfect for a nutritious weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with olive oil.
Season the salmon fillets evenly with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
While the salmon cooks, prepare the dill sauce by combining Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and salt in a small bowl. Mix well until smooth.
Once the salmon is cooked, carefully remove it from the air fryer and transfer to serving plates.
Serve the salmon fillets topped with the dill sauce immediately.
