Soft dough filled with a creamy mixture of diced cooked chicken breast, shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, crispy bacon bits, and green onions, baked to golden perfection and sliced into rectangles.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup bacon bits
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 package pizza dough or bread dough
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine diced cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, bacon bits, and chopped green onions. Stir until well mixed.
Roll out pizza or bread dough into a rectangle on a baking sheet.
Spread the chicken and cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving about 1 inch border around edges.
Roll the dough tightly from one long edge to the other, sealing the edges to enclose the filling.
Slice the roll into uniform rectangular pieces and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, cut side up.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
