Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine the cooked diced chicken breast, shredded mozzarella cheese, cooked diced bacon, and chopped green onions.
In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise and ranch dressing to create the creamy sauce, then stir it into the chicken mixture until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add milk and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into an oblong shape.
Place a generous amount of the chicken filling in the center of each dough portion and fold the dough around it, sealing the edges to form individual rolls.
Arrange the rolls on a white rectangular baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting diagonally to reveal the creamy filling inside.
