Ingredients
6 ounces fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon dried dill
A pinch of salt
A pinch of ground black pepper
1 lemon wedge
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel.
Brush the salmon evenly with olive oil on all sides.
Sprinkle garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper evenly over the salmon.
Place the salmon fillet in the air fryer basket, ensuring it lays flat and does not overlap.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it cool slightly.
Serve the salmon in small, bite-sized pieces suitable for toddlers, with a squeeze of lemon juice on top.
