Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Thai chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup peanut sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon crushed peanuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the Thai chili sauce evenly over the crust.
  4. Top with shredded chicken and drizzle with peanut sauce.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and crushed peanuts.
  8. Slice and serve hot.

Notes
