- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 8–10 rice paper wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and fish sauce to the beef and stir well.
- Remove from heat and mix in the Thai basil leaves.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each wrapper and roll tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
