  • 810 rice paper wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and fish sauce to the beef and stir well.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the Thai basil leaves.
  4. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
