- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sriracha; pour over the steak.
- Stir to combine and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the level of sriracha to control the spiciness.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free pasta and soy sauce.
