- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup spinach dip (prepared)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the spinach dip, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the dry ingredients.
- Pour in the olive oil and water, and mix until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently for a few minutes.
- Roll the dough into sticks about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the dough.
- Serve with extra spinach dip for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
