Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach dip (prepared)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the spinach dip, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the dry ingredients.
  4. Pour in the olive oil and water, and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently for a few minutes.
  6. Roll the dough into sticks about 1/2 inch thick.
  7. Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
