Delicious and spicy sausage balls made with cream cheese and Rotel, perfect for parties or as a snack.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (drained)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup biscuit mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the sausage, cream cheese, and drained Rotel until well combined.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and biscuit mix, and mix until fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, use hot sausage or add jalapeños.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
