- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the spicy Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
