- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the maple Dijon mixture over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
