- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
- Add sliced carrots and diced potatoes on top of the chicken.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
