Description

Delicious and easy-to-make meatballs cooked in a sweet grape jelly sauce, perfect for entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together grape jelly and barbecue sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some hot sauce to the grape jelly mixture.
  • These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
