- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the slow cooker.
- Add the chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Remove the chicken and shred it, then return it to the slow cooker.
- Add the orzo, heavy cream, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
- Stir well and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high until the orzo is tender.

- For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
