- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped

- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- Add the cranberries, sliced apples, and chopped onion on top of the chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and fruit.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm, spooning the cranberry-apple mixture over the chicken.

- For a thicker sauce, remove the lid during the last hour of cooking.
