Ingredients

- 1 head of lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom.
- Add the cherry tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
- Next, layer the diced cucumber.
- Follow with the diced bell pepper.
- Add the shredded carrots next.
- Layer the green peas over the carrots.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar to create the dressing.
- Spread the dressing evenly over the cheese layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
