Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom.
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
  3. Next, layer the diced cucumber.
  4. Follow with the diced bell pepper.
  5. Add the shredded carrots next.
  6. Layer the green peas over the carrots.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar to create the dressing.
  9. Spread the dressing evenly over the cheese layer.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
