- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup blackcurrant jelly

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the duck breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, sear the duck breasts skin-side down over medium heat until the skin is crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
- Flip the duck breasts and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
- Remove the duck from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the crostini in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Spread a layer of blackcurrant jelly on each crostini.
- Top with slices of seared duck breast.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
