Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 lemon wedge (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides evenly with lemon pepper seasoning.
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley, then remove from heat.
Place salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down if applicable.
Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, until the exterior is crispy and the interior is moist and flaky.
Remove salmon from grill and spoon lemon pepper butter sauce over each fillet.
Plate each salmon fillet centered on the plate with a lemon wedge and parsley garnish on the side.
