Ingredients

4 turkey cutlets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

Season turkey cutlets with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook turkey cutlets until golden and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Remove and keep warm.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in white wine and chicken broth, simmer for 5 minutes to reduce slightly.
Stir in heavy cream and butter, cooking until sauce thickens.
Return turkey cutlets to the pan to coat with sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
