1 pound Italian sausage links, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
12 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
On a large sheet pan, toss the sliced sausage and trimmed green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the sausage and green beans in a single layer on the sheet pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Remove the sheet pan from the oven and drizzle the Alfredo sauce evenly over the sausage and green beans.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
Return the sheet pan to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
