- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 pretzel stick (for the antler)
- 2 candy eyes
- 1 cherry (for the nose)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, pecans, cranberries, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form the mixture into a ball shape.
- Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the wrap and place it on a serving platter.
- Decorate the cheese ball with the pretzel stick for the antler, candy eyes, and cherry for the nose.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some chopped jalapeños to the mixture.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
