Ingredients
2 cups oat flour
1 cup vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups oat flour, 1 cup vanilla whey protein powder, and 1/2 cup almond flour.
Add 1/4 cup ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon to the bowl.
Whisk all the dry ingredients together until fully combined and uniform in texture.
Transfer the protein muffin powder mix to an airtight container for storage or use immediately to prepare muffins by adding wet ingredients as desired.
