Description

A deliciously creamy peanut butter fudge that melts in your mouth, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use creamy peanut butter.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
