- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the mixture and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
