Instructions

- Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

- Peel the oranges and slice them into rounds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, and salt.
- Arrange the orange slices on a serving platter and drizzle with the honey dressing.
- Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over the top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
