Description
A quick and easy recipe for perfectly cooked salmon straight from frozen using the Ninja Air Fryer. This method yields tender, flaky salmon with a deliciously crisp exterior in just minutes.
Ingredients
2 frozen salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
Preheat the Ninja Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
While the air fryer is preheating, brush each frozen salmon fillet evenly with olive oil on all sides.
In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
Place the seasoned frozen salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side down if applicable.
Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 12 minutes. Check for doneness by ensuring the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
