Baked Sweet Chili Garlic Salmon

Description

Salmon fillet baked with a sweet chili garlic glaze for a moist, flaky texture and vibrant presentation garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.


Ingredients

Salmon fillet (6 oz)
Sweet chili sauce (2 tbsp)
Minced garlic (1 tbsp)
Soy sauce (1 tbsp)
Honey (1 tsp)
Lime juice (1 tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice.
Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Place the salmon fillet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or foil.
Brush the sweet chili garlic sauce evenly over the salmon fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the glaze is slightly thick and sticky.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and thin lime wedges.
Plate the salmon fillet centered on a white rectangular plate, drizzle any remaining sauce evenly over the top.
